Trinity Renovation Inc., the parent company of kitchen & bath CRATE, is looking for a new full-time team member to expertly handle administrative and accounting tasks. Qualifications:

- Be a driven self-starter.
- Be able to solve problems on your own after extensive training and with the use of a pre-established construction system.
- Possess excellent telephone and written communication skills.
- You must be able to take direction, constructive criticism and work as part of a team.
- You must be able to solve problems on your own, sometimes without detailed instruction. You won’t always be given a process to implement, at times you will create the process and then implement.
Have impeccable time-management skills. - You must be able to work in Modesto, CA at least 5 days a week, from 8-4:30 at a minimum.
Greatly Desired:
- At least 2 years of Quickbooks experience, including both AR, AP and payroll.
- Knowledge of the building industry from a contractor, designer or engineering perspective.
- Competence on Windows OS and knowledge of the following:
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Email applications such Gmail
- General internet savvy
- www.salesforce.com or similar web-based CRM
- WordPress or similar web design software
Job Description:
- Answer incoming phone calls, properly identifying the caller’s needs and then either handling the request or knowing with whom to put the caller in contact.
- Manage procurement of office-related supplies and other necessary materials.
- Bookkeeper-level accounting data entry into Quickbooks, including both AR, AP and payroll. This includes about 10-14 hours per week of detailed accounting activity.
- Work with fellow team members to administer projects, including but not limited to material procurement and coordination projects.
- Updating of WordPress websites as needed to further the kitchen & bath CRATE brands.
- Assist the marketing team in maintaining daily social media presence using Facebook, Instagram, houzz.com and the like.
- Oversee special projects as needed. These projects will require intense brainstorming, organization and then implementation of a written plan.
Compensation:
Compensation contingent upon experience. Hourly rate between $16-20 / hour.
