Kitchen & bath CRATE is excited to announce the promotion of Richard Parks to Project Manager!
Richard joined the CRATE team as a technician in mid-2018 after a long career with Grupe, a Northern California home builder and developer. Richard made his management aspiration known early, and quickly worked his way up to Lead Technician and now Project Manager. As Project Manager, Richard works directly with customers during the construction phase of their projects, ensuring they receive 5-star customer service, the utmost quality, and a project completed on-time.
When away from work, Rich spends his time improving his own home and experimenting with all sorts of grilling recipes and techniques. Perhaps Head Chef is the next promotion in store for this man of many talents!
