We finished this beautiful kitchen and bathroom remodel in Linden at the end of last year and kC & bC Monte Vista Drive turned out to be one of our favorite projects of 2018! As you can see in the before photos, the homeowner already had the interior of their home painted and a wood-simulated tile floor installed. These new finishes made the home beautiful, but they also contrasted heavily with their early 2000s-style kitchen and bathroom vanities. As a result, the homeowners gave us a call & we transformed their kitchen and bathroom vanities in only 14 working days! Right off the bat, you’ll notice the kitchen remodel has a two-tone cabinet finish: Kelly-Moore’s Great White and Titanium Gray. We love how the white cabinets brighten up the room while the dark island adds contrast and a pop of artistic touch to the lighter cabinets. Speaking of the island, if you look closely, you’ll notice the custom corbels located at the backside of the island hiding underneath the countertop.
During our design meeting, the homeowner had a great idea to “frame” in the island countertop with these to add a subtle design element and the results are stunning! One of our favorite features of this remodel has to be the beautiful new Bedorisans Sequel Quartz countertops in Bianco Venatino complemented by the Bedrosians Grace Grigio backsplash. The new countertop has the durability of quartz but simulates the look of marble perfectly. And, we love how the grey tones in the backsplash bring out the grey hues in the marble design of the counter while adding a touch of elegance to the room!
