Turn that frown upside down! This bright and airy kitchen remodel is sure to bring a smile to the homeowners’ faces. The cool color tones and various cabinet modifications make this kitchen transformation ultra-modern. The new open layout design was made possible by removing the peninsula along with the upper cabinets and extending the countertop and cabinetry along the wall to maximize space. The new shaker style cabinet faces and glass cabinet doors are only the tip of the iceberg on this fun renovation! Behind those beautiful cabinet doors are some great hidden gems, such as soft close hinges, pull out shelves, and more! One of our favorite design features is how we made the cooktop & vent hood the focal point. By installing the backsplash up to the ceiling behind the decorative hood, we were able to highlight the space and add a further design element by incorporating a mosaic accent between the cooktop and hood. There is so much to see, from top to bottom, and each aspect of this kitchen transformation was intentionally selected from the new layout to all the beautiful design elements!
