The CRATE team started work on this kitchen renovation today! This home was built in 1973 and the kitchen looked pretty much the same since the day the home was built. We are going to be making a lot of changes to the layout of this kitchen. We are going to be removing the non-structural wall behind refrigerator to open up the kitchen. We are also working with the team over at Central Valley Millworks to create custom cabinetry for the new layout. Other items for renovation include: removing the drop ceiling and adding can lights, new flooring, installing a new island, relocating the stove, sink, oven and fridge, and more!
