I’d like to introduce you to a long-time friend who recently signed on the kitchenCRATE & bathCRATE team!
Jake Shuman joined our team in June, and he’ll partner with co-founder Jared Oller in overseeing field operations.
What exactly does this mean? Jake will assume management of projects right after the design phase is completed, including the launch meeting, scheduling of manpower, daily interaction with customers during the project, quality control, subcontractor scheduling, and project close-out. He’ll be busy, that’s for sure, as our Central Valley operations are on track to complete more than 130 projects in 2016!
Jake is a Modesto native with extensive experience in the construction field, specifically as a manager at BMC in Salida and most recently in running his family’s multi-generation construction company. After hearing about kitchenCRATE & bathCRATE for quite a few years, Jake decided to throw his hat in the ring when we started looking for a new team member, and we’re sure glad he did! Jake is an amazing human being with immense construction knowledge and a real gift for customer service. We’re so very fortunate to be working alongside him.
Jake, his wife, and their son make their home in Modesto and are actively involved in multiple local organizations.
