Furthermore, we’re the rare contractor that runs background checks on all CRATE team members before extending an employment offer. It may add additional time and expense to our recruiting efforts, but it’s just the right thing to do for our customers.
And for the few items we don’t self-perform, we utilize some of the best installers and fabricators out there, most of which I have personally worked with throughout my two decades in the construction industry.
